Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Jestine's Jewels, Inc. Below is our return policy, please read it carefully before placing your order.  

 

Please read the item description very carefully before ordering.  We do not offer refunds, only store credit that expires within 30 days.   

 

Prior to returning any merchandise you MUST contact us at traceybost@jestinesjewels.com within 3 days following delivery of your order. Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, and unworn, with original tags in order to receive a store credit. Used or altered merchandise will not be accepted under any circumstances.  Please note that if seams are damaged and or stretched, or if any stains include deodorant, perfume, smoke, or any other odors, the returned item will not be accepted and will be returned back to you as we will not issue store credit in these cases. Shipping is not refundable and the shipping label will not be included.

 

Store credit and exchanges are processed after receipt of merchandise and inspection. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit code within 3 business days once the return has been received and processed. 

 

Store credits are valid for 30 days from the date issued and cannot be used with other promotion codes.
