Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 5 business days or sooner depending on the volume of orders. Jestine's Jewels, Inc. processes all orders using the United States Postal Service USPS & UPS. Priority/Free Shipping orders are processed within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

PRIORITY & FREE SHIPPING PROCESSING TAKES 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.
If ordering within the continental U.S, your order should be received within 7 to 10 business days. Once your order has left our store, we will then send out an email to you with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours after the item has left, to track your package online with USPS.

OVERNIGHT & EXPRESS SHIPPING PROCESSING TAKES 1 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS.
If your order is placed Tuesday – Thursday by 10 AM EST, your order will be shipped the same day. You can expect to receive your item the next day; unless you live in a 2-day area. (Contact your local UPS to check your area).

  • Overnight and Express orders cannot be shipped to P.O Box address.
  • Orders received after 10am EST and Friday through Sunday will begin to process on our next business day.
UNVERIFIABLE ADDRESSES
Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail. Include apartment or suite numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city.

REFUSED PACKAGES
If your package is refused or returned from USPS, you are responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship the package. Jestine's Jewels, Inc. does not issue refunds nor reimburse shipping fees.

LOST PACKAGES
Jestine's Jewels, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to USPS/UPS errors. Jestine's Jewels, Inc. does not issue refunds or replacements.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at traceybost@jestinesjewels.com so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues as much as possible.
